Course Descriptions

Beginners Course - designed for students new to Yoga or new to the Iyengar method. Energize, invigorate, expand. Learn the foundational postures to promote flexibility, strength and balance. Suitable for all levels.

Level 1/2 Course - Vitalize, focus, evolve, continued work on the basic with increasing refinement. A greater variety of asana are explored including back bending and inversions. Previous Yoga experience beneficial.

Gentle Yoga Course - a gentle approach to classical asana with the use of supports. Stretch the body, quiet the mind, renew energy. Suitable for all levels.

Recuperative practice with pranayama - allow body and mind to release tensions, relax deeply and consciously while allowing all the system of the body to recover from the demands of daily life. Suitable for all levels.
